Canal Boat Operations
2021 St. Helena III Public Rides & Charters:
*NEW IN 2021* The City of Canal Fulton is pleased to announce that they have partnered with Copper Creek Carriage for the 2021 canal boat season. Copper Creek Carriage is a family owned and operated business based out of Canal Fulton. Owned by a lifelong Canal Fulton resident and powered by one of the leading equine welfare organizations in the country, Copper Creek Carriage brings a unique experience to the historic canalway.
The St. Helena III Canal Boat is pulled by two draft horses and departs from the Port of Canal Fulton in St. Helena Heritage Park for a one-hour ride down the Ohio & Erie Canal. A historian on board provides information on the history of the canal, the boat and the area.
Copper Creek Carriage will be providing regular canal boat rides as well as special event rides and group charters. Schools, community programs, family events, weddings, company outings, and tour groups are all welcome. Please visit https://coppercreekcarriage.com/ for more information.
